The goal of our sadhana or practices is the highest Joy that comes from the Realization in direct experience of the center of consciousness, the Self, the Atman or Purusha, which is one and the same with the Absolute Reality. This Self-Realization comes through the practice of Shaktiananda Yoga developed by ~Gurudevi, Satguru Shri Mahashaktiananda; in 1968; in the Ashtanga tradition of Patanjali Maharishi. Self-realization also comes through the study and meditation of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali Maharishi, the contemplative insight of Advaita Vedanta, and the intense devotion of Samaya Sri Vidya Tantra, the three of which complement one another like fingers on a hand. Shaktiananda Yoga teaches the classical approaches of the four major Yogas: Karma, Bhakti, Jnana and Raja Yoga, as well as Hatha, Mantra, Kundalini, Kriya, Siddha, and Tantra Yoga. Meditation, contemplation, mantra, the spoken word and prayer converge into a unified force directed towards the final stage, piercing the pearl of wisdom called bindu, leading to the Absolute. This is the path of the Self-Realization Shala Order; founded in 1970; in Canada by ~Gurudevi, Satguru Shri Mahashaktiananda. The goal of Yoga is for the soul (jiva) to unite with the inner Real Self (sva-rupa), experience radiant enlightenment and attain the ascension in this life. Great dispensations of light and blessings from God are delivered directly to students on the etheric plane in the inner Retreats of the Ascended Masters. The Unascended Masters also assist their students on the inner realms of light. The student having direct contact and initiation with an enlighted Guru is a great blessing. "Gu" means dark and "ru" means light. The personal Guru assists the student in understanding and overcoming any obstacles through the process of shining light into the dark consciousness. An example of this is the Lighthouse which shines out light so that ships may avoid obstacles that may otherwise have caused their ship to hit the rocks and sink."

Shakti Kriya Yoga Initiation is offered to advanced students; which is the same Kriya that has been passed down through the lineage of gurus from Mahavatar Babaji from the Himalayas.
I teach Raja Yoga; known as the Royal Path which has branches of Tantra and Kundalini Yoga. This is the most advanced level of teaching involving the discipline of all the four paths of Yoga together; Hatha Yoga (Karma), Bhakti Yoga (Devotional), Dyanna Yoga (Study), and Raja Yoga (Personal guidance is available. Close relationships and sexuality seem to be the biggest issues for many people. I teach Bhakti Yoga which is a devotional Yogic practice; including Japa and chanting Sanskrit mantras. I also teach the practice of Dyana referred to as meditation.
The Ascended Masters teachings on the Three Fold Flame within the heart increases our love, wisdom, and power. This teaching enables us to increase our light, making it possible to serve the Christ within all of life.
